Venue: Echelon Event Center
Located in the heart of Las Vegas, Echelon Event Center offers a luxurious setting for any occasion. Echelon is perfect for larger events and can also work for smaller gatherings. Centrally located near the Las Vegas Strip, it features an open floor plan, beautiful ceiling draping, and a stunning built-in grass wall, allowing decorators to create any magical setup they envision. The venue rental includes tables and chairs with white or black linen covers. One of the best parts is that you can bring your own food, soft drinks, water, and juice, though you cannot bring in your own liquor; a full-service bar is available for all your alcoholic beverage needs. The staff is exceptionally helpful and accommodating, with the owner, Tonya, usually onsite to address any questions or needs. Who doesn't love a versatile venue that can also be used for sporting events or premieres, with its six TVs to have any watch party? Did we also mention that there is plenty of parking?

Located in the heart of the Las Vegas Historical Westside, this venue is a part of Las Vegas history. From an event planner's perspective, Sight-n-Sound Event Center ticks many boxes for accommodating clients with smaller budgets and as a venue that's easy to decorate. This venue can hold up to 50 guests, and you can bring your own food, drinks, and alcohol with an option to rent a movable bar for an additional price. Sight & Sound has multiple packages that offer all-inclusive options with venue, decor, DJ, and catering services. Like Echelon, the owner, Leslee, is usually onsite to answer any questions or concerns.
